I'm Jason Todd Shannon, a composer in Atlanta. I scored Netflix's The Liberator and wrote its opening theme, composed for TCM, scored iHeart podcasts, and built the music for the Terracotta Warriors VR tomb in Unreal Engine. I've arranged and orchestrated for the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra and Atlanta Pops Orchestra, including for Gucci Mane and T.I. I'll be posting my work, the music and machines that shaped me. #Introduction #FilmScore #Composer #GameAudio #MastoMusic

As Trump speculates about the destruction of US cities, we know the regime will do everything it can over the next 28 days to cling to power. But we’re prepared to win the midterms and protect the results.

xmbdfed can import TrueType/OpenType fonts (using the Freetype library). For testing xmbdfed it's useful to have a few samples of various formats in its repo (ad hoc testing for now, but maybe one day automated). I've just added Comic Sans (comic.ttf) to the repo which i can do under the MIT licence, as it was distributed with Comic Chat when that program was open sourced earlier this year. #xmbdfed #ComicSans

Wait a minute…you’re trying to DC charge to 90%??? That’s the problem—DC chargers are set to stop at 80% by default for a reason. Battery charging slows WAY down over that.

“The whole country needs to grab that spirit and do it.” Tennessee’s own @corbintrent.bsky.social@bsky.brid.gy converts an @NEWSMAX anchor to “SOciALiSM” 👀 (which really just means investing in ourselves — health care, schools etc — rather than wars and letting greedy rich people keep all the money)

What if I do an interview for the Wall Street Journal about orbital AI data centers while I'm also at a protest for the local hyperscale AI data centre that's being built. Hm. This might actually happen tomorrow...
