It’s not stupidity, but arrogant selfishness. They know they’re in the wrong, but there’s so rarely ever any consequences for doing it that they just don’t care. “Me, me, me” is simply the American Way.

so long as you know there are pricks who would park there from every country. this kind of asshole isn’t isolated to the US. I do admire countries that have better laws for dealing with these jerks tho.
