I’m thinking it’s because no drone can fly that high or fast. Which gives it an advantage in a world filled with drones.

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lockheed_D-21 Higher and faster. Not a successful program, though. These days we have the X-37, which goes even higher and faster. I’m sure we could drop a computer flight system into any aircraft and make it a drone with sufficient work, too.

Why would a drone be incapable of flying higher and faster than a human driven aircraft?
