it so does not get the point of smart home
when has pressing a light switch ever been a bother ? why do you need to know your fridges temperature at all times , it should be what you set on the dial and always be around that ? why do you need your thermostat to guess what temperature you need it to be right now , its literally a knob you can just turn , and if its taking too long , wear a comfy jacket ?

why do you need a notification when your washing machine is done ? like , 1) thats what one has a watch for , 2) your clothes arent gonna explode from being in the washer a little longer , 3) hopefully you were going to hang and iron them anyways!! whats the point!!
