  The Trump administration has two paths forward: 1: Find a way to disrupt the midterm elections. 2: Lose the House and the Senate and see an endless number of corruption investigations unfold, see Trump impeached, and watch the preparation for criminal prosecution after he leaves office.   Facts that have me LESS worried about the reported plague incident in Russia: COVID became a pandemic largely because people spread it before they fall ill. Pneumonic plague spreads from the ill. Pneumonic plague is a known disease which has had several recent outbreaks in Madagascar and DR Congo without causing a pandemic. A 2017 outbreak in Madagascar had 2000+ cases in a country of 26 million. Still no pandemic. The Russian incident happened at an institute specialized in plague control.

  I don't own a gun. I have not touched a gun for decades. I have not once seen a gun in public in the city where I live, except for the pistols carried by law enforcement. Because in Denmark we don't have guns. Our last school shooting was in 1994. In the US 13,000 people will die from gun violence this year. In Denmark only 10. I call that being pro life.
